I missed this past week’s Cawfee Tawk and i needed to hear your positive reinforcement and repetition of the things I really already know.
I swear you live in my head! I have been thinking I have to go back to spend weeks on Week 1 because I haven’t mastered those habits. i went on to week 2 and felt like I had failed week 1 so just stopped and went back. Then i started feeling like I would never get to go through the course. Today I bought the last of the supplies for the binder, but felt like I was cheating because I wouldn’t get to week 3 because I was really still working on week 1. Then all evening I’ve been thinking I haven’t listened to Kathy all week. I need to hear her. 🙂 I need to listen to the Cawfee Tawks more frequently.
OMG I just went back to Al-Anon a few weeks ago…. You do live in my head <3
Thanks Kathy!!! For all you do!!!!

Such an encouraging word! I was seeing all the work needing to be done instead of enjoying what had been done and all the good changes in my life. This was so helpful.
