In this blog am sharing with you one of my favorite “Cawfee Tawks” titled “Comfort Zones”

Ever wonder why you want something so bad but don’t do what it takes to make it happen? This video will help you understand why AND tell you how you can stop that from happening to you.

When you are a member of TTU and TTi you have access to lots of great motivational and instructional materials and videos including Cawfee Tawk. We meet Once a week live and discuss everything that has to do with home, family and being organized. When the meeting is over it is placed in our archive area for members  to access whenever they want or need motivation or help.

Thank you for the encouragement. There is always something I am working through in my life. I am curious what the Abundance Class was… =) Also, I so relate to the being on time issue and others making allowances. It’s like when I was in high school and had my assignment in on time and my friend turned hers in late and received the same credit, totally wrong message.LOL The main issue that has liberated me just recently is “forgiving myself for my failures” we need to tell ourselves verbally, and be free from the condemnation. Just like you were saying about believing even for 5 or 10 seconds. “…old things have passed away, behold, all things are become new…”

Wow! Right on target. For months I stayed in my comfort zone. With the definition and having words to explain the anxiety-neutral that I have been living with when comes to domestic chores and exercise + many area in my life now I understand myself I understand a feeling. Now I can explain it to my therapist. I am grateful to you. 🙂
